Cancellations must be made in writing 30 days in advance. Any deposits or retainers are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed.

Workshops / Digital Products / Courses:

We do not offer refunds for digital downloads or course enrollments, but we’ll always try to make it right if something goes wrong. Email us, and we’ll talk human-to-human.
