PRICING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Monthly Retainer

All packages are billed monthly to secure your content schedule and studio time.

2. 3-Month Minimum Commitment

We require a 3-month minimum to ensure strategic consistency and performance. Month-to-month billing after that.

3. Content Approval & Deadlines

You’ll receive a content calendar for approval. Final feedback is due within 48 hours to keep scheduling on track.

4. Cancellations

30 days’ written notice is required to cancel services after the initial 3-month period.

5. Revisions

One round of caption or design revisions per post is included. Additional edits will be billed hourly.

6. Content Delivery

Clients are responsible for providing video footage, photos, and branding assets unless otherwise arranged.

7. Payments & Late Fees

Payment is due on the 1st of each month. A 10% late fee will apply after 5 working days.

8. Add-Ons & Upgrades

Add-ons can be added at any time. Changes to your package take effect the following month.

The Ignite and Elevate packages do not include community management or content scheduling, these services are only available in the Iconic package or as an add-on.

9. Platform Access

Clients must grant admin or collaborator access to required social media platforms within 3 working days of onboarding.

10. Kidd Digital IP

All templates, strategies, and formats created by Kidd Digital remain our intellectual property and may not be resold or reused outside of your own business.
